SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping for Spain is free.
Europe deliveries are free for orders above 100€
International deliveries are free for orders above 150€.

PROCESSING OF ORDERS
For orders placed from Monday to Friday before 12pm, we try our best to process the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. And once shipped, you will receive another email with your tracking number and all the shipment details.

DELIVERY TIMES
SPAIN: Orders will be delivered within approximately 1 to 2 working days from shipment.
EUROPE: Orders will be delivered within approximately 2 to 4 working days from shipment.
INTERNATIONAL: Orders will be delivered within approximately 2 to 6 working days from shipment.

CUSTOMS DUTIES & TAXES (OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION)
International orders may be charged with import duties (tariffs), local taxes (VAT/GST/consumption tax), and carrier clearance/handling fees. These charges are set by the destination country/carrier and are paid by the recipient.

Approx Guide:

USA: Import Duties Approx 0-32% | Tax: no national VAT. Shipments under or equal: $800 per consignee/day may qualify for duty-free entry.

UK: Import Duties Approx 0-12% | VAT 20%.

CANADA: Import Duties Approx 0-18% | GST/HST ~5–15% (depends on province).

AUSTRALIA: Import Duties Approx 0-10% | GST 10% (rules apply for low-value imports).

SWITZERLAND: Import Duties Approx 0-8% | VAT 8.1%.

JAPAN: Import Duties Approx 0-10% | Consumption tax 10%. Imports with customs value under or equal: JPY 10,000 may be exempt from duty & import consumption tax (some exceptions).

CHINA: Import Duties Approx 0-25% | VAT often ~13% (rates vary). Parcels may be exempt when calculated import tax under or equal: RMB 50.

REFUSED / REJECTED DELIVERIES
If a delivery is refused/rejected, the customer is responsible for any costs incurred (including return shipping and any import charges billed by the carrier/customs).

Import duties and local taxes are handled and determined by local custom authorities, RAVENS VIEW IBIZA is not responsible for this.

The rules for importing goods may vary per country.

IS YOUR COUNTRY NOT AVAILABLE FOR DELIVERY?
We deliver our products worldwide, but if the chosen country gives you an error, email us to: shop@ravensview.es and we will find a solution.

If you are not satisfied with the product you have bought, you have 30 days since your purchase in order to return the article/s bought. 

We do not accept returns from:
- Products that have been used.
- Products that do not conserve the original swing ticket and packaging.

Once we have checked that the product and the original swing ticket is in the same state as received we will refund the money back to your bank account. 

We will only return the costs of the product, not the costs of the delivery.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
